Brief Introduction:

The Full Climbing series JZC350, JZC400, JZC500,JZC750,JZC1000 and JZC1500 concrete mixers manufactured by the company are especially suitable for dams of large-scale water conservancy projects and infrastructure construction sites.
The drum type mixer has no special requirements for the size of the feeding aggregates. Normal power supply is sufficient and the operation is simple and convenient.
The gear rings used by our company's JZC full climbing series mixer are all made of 45# steel cast steel, which are far more wear-resistant than the cast iron gear rings.
Cast steel gear rings will never break, nor its teeth. The use of the cast steel gear rings can greatly improve the rigidity of large cylinder diameter and increase the service life of the mixer.
The large tug wheel and the drive pinion of the mixing tank are also made of 45# cast steel.
Stirring reducer and lifting reducer adopts multi-stage transmission of super torque, so as to achieve strong mixing effect and rapid elevation.
